Geezball™ outer shell is made of Thermoplastic polyurethane which is relatively soft and is a safe material for our pets to chew on. The inner layer of the outer shell is made of PC which is known for its hardness.
Our Geezball™ is manufacture from our factory in Shen Zhen, China. We
have warehouse both in ShenZhen and United States. Product will be
shipped from our warehouse depending on the location and product

We are human and we make mistake sometimes. It is unavoidable that sometimes our warehouse might accidentally send out the wrong product or the product sustain damage in transit. If you encounter the following problem, please submit a report to us together with receipt and proof (photo or video) within (20) calendar days. We will assess your report and provide 1-1 replacement if it is found to be our fault.
a) The product has sustained a substantial damage in transit;
b) The product does not match the original description of the product;
c) The product suffer performance failure.
A replacement will not be provided if the report falls under the following cases:
a) The replacement was requested beyond 20 calendars days of delivery;
b) Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;
c) Product sent in for replacement does not include all original
accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by
d) Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by our technical team;
e) Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or
modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of
foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or
f) Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike;
g) Respective product has not been sent back to us 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation.
Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated
with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a
replacement or refund set out above. We will tell you what these costs
are in advance.
